2. I want to return something I purchased online, what are my options? Can I get a refund?
Any items purchased online can be returned for a store credit note, exchanged for another item or refunded.
Please note - we only refund online purchases, we don't refund items purchased from our bricks and motar stores, unless an item is faulty.
Refunds are only offered on products, shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.

4. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at Warwick Dawson without creating an account. You simply tick the sign in as a guest box on the first check out page. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits: Track your orders and review past purchases. If you have misplaced your receipts, you will be able to reprint the invoices, this will enable you to exchange or return goods to us easily. Build a customised WISHLIST that you can add to at your convenience and email to family and friends. Save your address and card details to make shopping with us even quicker next time.
5. I've forgotten my password - What should I do?
To reset your password, follow the 'Forgotten password' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
6. How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?
For detailed information on delivery and shipping charges to your destination, view our shipping options in the menu. All orders over $200 have FREE shipping within Australia, orders under $200 have a flat $12 shipping charge within Australia. Orders to the United States and New Zealand have a flat shipping charge of $30, regardless of order value. We will ship your goods within 7 days of ordering. If you need something urgently you can call us on +61 1300 609 829 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to get it to you sooner.
7.Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend an order once it has been submitted on-line; this includes changing size/colour of an item, removing an item, changing the delivery address or any payment methods. However, you can call us on +61 1300 609 829 to discuss your order, as long as we can speak with you before we dispatch your goods.
8. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
9. How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards: VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
10. When will I be charged?
When we receive your order, we carry out standard pre-authorisation check on your credit card, the same process that happens in-store, to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. If the credit card is declined, we will email you and let you know that your bank or card issuer would not authorise the payment.
11. Why does "Amerge Pty Ltd" appear on my credit card statement?
Amerge Pty Ltd is Warwick Dawson Shoes legal name, so this is the name that must appear on your credit card or paypal statement. It will also appear on your receipt.
12. Can you guarantee that I will receive the item I have selected?
We update our inventory on a regular basis but for some reason, if the item selected is no longer in stock and therefore, can not be delivered to you, we will contact you and arrange for a full refund to your card.
13. Do you have other styles or colours in your shop?
We do have much more stock on offer in our six different stores than is currently on-line. Our bricks and mortar stores have current season stock and some stock from previous seasons.
14. Do you have a size guide?
Yes, we do. You can find our size chart in the menu. If you are unsure of your size or wish to ask questions of a particular brand, please either email us at email@example.com or call us on +61 1300 609 829 and we shall endeavour to assist you with fitting tips.
15. Where are the shoes made?
Our shoes are designed and made from all parts of the world e.g. Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Brazil just to name a few.
16. Do I get a discount if I purchase several pairs of shoes at one time?
All of our shoes are priced at the recommended retail prices and as such we do not enter into price negotiations. We have clearance sales during the year where we do heavily discount some of stock to make room for the new collection.
