Shipping, Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Free shipping on all orders over $200, within Australia.
Flat rate of $12 on orders under $200, within Australia.
International orders to the United States and New Zealand have a flat rate shipping charge of $30, regardless of order value.
See "International Shipping" below, for more details.
We use local couriers and TNT for all regional and interstate deliveries.
In areas that TNT is not available, we use Australia Post.
All parcels require a signature upon delivery.
If no-one is home, a card will be left letting you know that a courier tried to deliver your goods and telling you where they have been taken, for you to collect.
If your often not home, we recommend a noting a work address on your order, to avoid missed deliveres.
Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Post Office boxes, as deliveries need to be signed for.
Please allow up to 7 days for your goods to be delivered, depending on the delivery destination.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you via email and provide you with a delivery tracking number.
We make every effort to ensure that your goods arrive in excellent condition and in a timely fashion, however we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your order during transit.
We currently ship internationally to the United States of America (USA) and New Zealand.
All prices quoted on our web site include Australian "Goods and Services Tax" (GST) of 10%.
GST will be removed for USA and New Zealand customers during check out, as GST is not charge on exports.
USA and New Zealand customers may have to pay local duty and taxes upon receipt of their goods.
We encourage you to investigate this posibility before making a purchase, so you are aware of any extra costs which you may incur.
We use TNT couriers for USA and New Zealand deliveries.
If TNT is not able available in your area, we will ship with Australia Post.
A signature is requried upon delivery.

If you place an order for an item that is sold out, you may choose an alternative product, or get a refund.
We will contact you if this happens, to discuss the options with you.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colours of our products on our website.
However, as computer monitors colour settings can vary, and the colours of some products are difficult to capture correctly, we cannot guarantee the colour of the product will be exactly as you see it on the screen.
If for any reason you are unhappy, you can return your goods for a refund.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your online purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.
If you change your mind or something is not right you can also return your purchase to one of our stores.

Pleas try on your shoes on a carpeted surface, until you are certain you are keeping them.
If shoes are worn they can't be returned, unless faulty.
Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box (along with their shoe bag, if they come with one).
Packaging is considered part of the product.
Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted and maybe returned to the customer.
The cost of returning orders for refund is the customer's responsibility.
If you want to return a product to us for a refund, we recomend using Australia Post and requesting a tracking number to confirm delivery.
When returning a purchase, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange of your purchase.
If you would like an exchange, please include in your email a description of the product you would like to exchange.
When you return products please keep the appropriate proof of return, such as a tracking number.
If the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.
All products returned must be unused and in original condition, undamaged, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES IN STORE
Online purchases can be returned to any of our stores.
You don't need to contact us before hand, just simply take your goods, along with your receipt to your nearest Warwick Dawson store.
You can choose to have a store credit note, exchange for something else or get a refund.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within an reasonable time from purchase (generally six months).
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair the damaged items.
If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired, replaced or is faulty.
If an item is deemed faulty you will receive a refund with the same method you paid for the original purchase.
